peristiwa elok dan tak elok

Banyak peristiwa berlaku dalam tempoh 2 minggu ini:
1 maulidur rasul dan program pendidikan moraldi tempat kerja pada hari sabtu 24 april
2 pilihanraya kecil hulu selangor pada hari ahad 25 april
3 mak buat sedikit pengubahsuaian rumah pada hari isnin 26 april

Maulidur rasul ceramah dan makan berianinya elok dan bagus.
Program pendidikan moral juga elok dan bagus
Pilihanraya kecil hulu selangor juga elok dan bagus bagi yang menang
Pengubahsuaian rumah elok dan bagus. Bilangan bilik dikurangkan dan kata emak bagus untuk mudahkan urusan jika ada kematian.

Banyak peristiwa tak elok berlaku dan masih banyak yang patut dan mesti diperbaiki. Perlahan-lahan nanti kita baiki la..

kita hebat jika....

kita hebat jika dapat :
1 kawal diri semasa gembira
2 kawal diri semasa marah
3 kawal diri ketika syhawat
4 yakin pada Allah

Boss

If our boss look good, then our department looks good. And that reflects well on us, so let's always make our boss look good.

Untungnya jadi cikgu 2

i can smile a bit today because some of my ex-students promise to donate some cash to buy a pc for my school..alhamdulillah..but still waiting for it to materialise..insyaAllah..

Don't Gossip

Sometimes I can't help myself to gossip or to join the gossiping group..hehee...Easy rule to understand but tough to follow.."If you can't say anything nice --- SHUT UP". I've to learn to say only positive things, nice things. complimentary things. people judge me by what I say as much as how I say it, so I want to be known as someone who is always pleasant.

Starting from today, I must not pass anything on...yeah..i will bear that in mind always..

Rule 43 - Be a good listener

Ive a weakness...sometimes i refuse to listen...heheee..good listening is a skill, a special talent. ive to practice and learn..

A good listener is someone who makes the speaker know that they are listening..here's some tips:

1 making encouraging noises ..hmmmmmm..go on, yes..im listening..
2 displaying appropriate body language...head tiled to one side, eyes open and looking at the person speaking , not yawning or fiddling with your watch
3 repeating back some bits to make sure they know you've taken them in..."on Friday at 3, yes..ive got that..
4 getting them to repeat things you havent heard or understood.."can you repeat that bit about penang? i'm not sure i was taking that in"..
5 asking questions.."so the move to the other block will not happen now"
6 taking notes...write stuff down as they speak...

why would i want to be a good listener?...i get..
* more facts
* a better understanding of what i suppose to be doing
* a better gasp of what is going on around me
* seen as sympathetic and considerate
* seen as intelligent and alert
* seen as someone on top of my job
if i dont listen i dont know. if im going to listen i make sure they know im listening.

There are many elderly women praying solat Jumaat. They looked so clean and so 'alim' and there are a few young women praying solat Jumaat there too.They were praying in their daily dress not like me praying in my special praying dress the 'telekung'.In my heart I wish I can give them my tudung for different fashion and style but i did not have extras in my solat bag. Did not have chance to take their photos because they were still praying solat sunat when I went out.
