hari akhir tahun 2011. umur semakin banyak. badan semakin berusia.

im telling myself....to move forward i must be proactive may be by taking small steps at first.

my samsung galaxy note

this is the first picture taken using my galaxy note.  i posted it in my fb for my sm clifford ex student bob who is a huge fan and owner of g note too. the best part is now i can write using my pen.  thank you bob.

hari ini hadir taklimat sbpa. mesti tandatangan opsyen baru sbpa skim baru perkhidmatan awam minggu depan. rasanya tak akan pilih umur bersara 60 tahun.

my school teachers have completed  a five day training course lead by kestrel education of united kingdom. it was held at muar traders hotel from the 5th to 9th december 2011. mr richard coe of rochester grammar school and madame teresa williams of kestrel education came as the expert trainer. my school is leading the way to become a thinking school by the year 2014. insyaAllah

doktor kampung

semalam saya menemani mak berjumpa doktor kampung. kaki mak selalu bengkak dan sakit kepala. mak ada darah tinggi dan pernah masuk wad untuk beberapa hari. sudah ke hospital berjumpa doktor mengenai kaki yang bengkak dan sakit kepala dan sudah ambil ubat-ubatnya. doktor kata, air badan tidak keluar dengan baik. buah pinggang masih ok dan darah tinggi pun sudah stabil tetapi kaki masih bengkak. jadi pegi la jumpa doktor kampung. doktor ini menggunakan tepung beras dalam bentuk doh untuk dialin ke kawasan yang bengkak dan kawasan yang disyaki menyebabkan penyakit. apabila siap dibukalah gumpalan tepung itu. ada bahagian yang berwarna merah dan katanya itu darah. doktor kampung kata, itu maknanya memang ada organ yang sakit. insyaAllah boleh sembuh. mak nampaknya rasa lega dan pagi ini kakinya sudah susut bengkaknya, tetapi kena lihat lagi beberapa hari ini. semoga Allah beri kesihatan yang baik untuk mak.
