friends

after many years i met a few friends at msu last thursday. they came forward to meet me after my talk. i was so glad to meet them. alhamdulillah, they can still remember my voice, the way i speak and they said i am still the same. hehee..even thou they said i have put some weight. thank you all.

after 37 years

we met at hamidah md yassin son's wedding. they are my  form 3 friends. that was in 1974 at sabgs...hehee..yes so many years ago. they are ruzilah, maria, hanizah and nahariah. maria is now a datin. she's with pearls..a datin style kan..hehee.sitting beside me is ruzilah bachik. she was my form 1 dahlia class monitor. she's now at sabgs 2 primary school as a senior assistant. nahariah with peach color tudung. she's  prettier compared to many years ago...hehee..and hanizah..yes..she's a lot bigger now.  nice meeting all of you kawan-kawan. we are known as golden girls...that's what they told me..hehee

my friend noor pisah is going to retire at the age of 52. her application has been approved by the ministry human resource department. i wish i can pencen awal juga...her last working day will be on the 30th october 2010. i'll miss her. we have been working together for so long. may Allah bless her and her family always.

i was shocked and deeply saddened by the news about the death of mr wee seng hock. i received the call from mr suffian informing the bad news right after our nkra meeting. i immediately called his close friends mr levan and mr cheng, mr wee, mr levan and mr cheng were absent from the meeting and were away on holidays. both of them were so sad and promised to attend mr wee's funeral. mr wee was involved in an accident with a trailer. he must been driving from kuantan with his family for holidays. 4 others had died too, his mom and his 3 children. his wife and 2 other children were badly injured. i cannot contact mr tian his other good friend because i do not have his number. sorry mr tian...mr wee usually addressed himself as roland was such a kind soft spoken man. may God bless his family this time and always.

i attended 4 weddings today. my ex student faqaruddin kadir is now married, congratulations faqaruddin. semoga Allah beri kebahagiaan. i met a few ex colleagues and they are still my good great old friends...seronoknya jumpa kawan lama...
