updated:  last nite kamarul zaki (tallest boy standing in the 3rd row) called and we chatted for a few minutes. he told me this picture was taken in 1996 and the class is called form 3RK1 not yet 3 wawasan. kamarul zaki is working as project manager at mrcb..alhamdulillah. then izuan baktiar prompt me thru facebook and we chatted a bit. he said he's going to further his studies in digestion and reproductive system of livestock in australia soon.

my former muar high school  student faqarudin tag me in my facebook recently. i can't recall the year but it's many years ago... 3 wawasan (krk1)..i looked huge here.it must be the baju..hehee

dr anuar said my eyes are ok

i went to see an eye specialist today. ive been feeling not good with my eyes lately. i cannot read more then 10 minutes so i thought may be i need spectacles. ive a spec actually a magnifying glass.hehee.specs for the old people, but i did not use it. today my friend suggested the specialist doctor to me. he inspected  my eyes, then asked me to undergo the reading test, and surprisingly i got full marks for both eyes..yeah...alhamdulillah..not bad for a 51 years old to get 6/6 for both eyes..he tested my eye pressure and said both are ok. and lastly he checked my eye nerves.he took pictures of my eyes and i can see my red capillaries and actually there's pics of the nerves too. all are computerised..waaa..i should have studied and jadi doctor...macam seronok saje kerja dia...hehee..i was offered to do medicine when usm first opened its school of medicine, but during that time i was in my 2nd year biology major..malas nak ulang dan jadi first year student semula..at last dr anuar said my eyes are dry, may be due to the air-condition and the may be lack of sleep..lol..hehee.. i thot ive been sleeping all thru the holidays..but he said this happened not in one or two weeks but have been happening for years..adui...heehe..ok..ok..he gave me 2 types of eye droplets...a drop per 5 hours for both types for a month. ...bertambah lagi ubat..yes..im getting older..

Liyana (in the middle) will be sitting for the UPSR exam tomorrow. She's my youngest cousin. Jangan takut..insyaAllah tentu boleh jawab dengan tepat. Semoga Allah anugerahkan kejayaan cemerlang.Best of luck Liyana.

update : resipi bingka pulut pandan (with pics)

baru saje interview mak dan minta resipi kuih bingka pulut pandan ini :

bahan-bahannya :
1 kg tepung pulut
2 cawan tepung gandum
1 kg santan pekat
air daun pandan pekat

gula pasir secukup rasa ( 4 cawan dan mesti dirasa adunan itu ...mesti manis)
1 biji telur ayam

cara-cara :

1 campur kedua-dua jenis tepung

2 kemudian masukkan telur, gula dan air pandan, kacau perlahan-lahan.

3 masukkan santan sedikit demi sedikit,elakkan ianya bergentel-gentel pula.

4 perhatikan jangan sampai cair adunan itu.

5 rasa juga bahan adunan supaya cukup manisnya.kuih bingka mesti manis .

6 bakar dalam loyang jika hendak menggunakan oven. jika hendak bakar di tungku dapur, guna bekas acuan yang berlubang ditengah.

7 sebelum itu, bubuh sedikit minyak kelapa dan tabur sedikit tepung gandum di atasnya untuk elak ia melekat.

8 jangan isikan aduanan ke dalam loyang atau bekas berlubang itu sehingga penuh untuk elak ia melimpah keluar.

9 jika bakar dalam oven gunala api atas dan bawah.

saya menulis ini terus dari ingatan ibu saya saja..cuba la buat..insyaAllah menjadi..(alhamdulillah, ibu saya telah bersetuju untuk buat kuih bingka ini semalam)

nota: 

kuih bingka mesti manis dan lemak. bingka pulut ini ialah bingka pulut betawi kerana ada diletakkan telur..dan rasanya lebih sedap selepas dua hari disimpan. jika nasib baik..mak saya akan buat bingka ini saya akan letakkan gambarnya di sini..

ada juga yang menggunakan gula melaka sebagai ganti gula pasir..gula melaka itu mesti dimasak/dicairkan terlebih dahulu.  air daun pandan tidak la digunakan dan warnanya menjadi warna coklat.
